Women without Borders concluded its four-day International Mothers School Train-the-Trainer hosting 22 representatives from Sweden, Belgium, England, Kashmir and Niger in Vienna. The training brought together new and veteran Mothers School trainers for a transnational, cross-talent exchange to build up new capacity and strengthen the Mothers School network. The training concluded with a public event on the occasion of International Women's Day: The Global Mothers Security Exchange supported by the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs including a graduation ceremony for the first Austrian Mothers School. New Mothers Schools will launch in England, Sweden and Niger and the project will continue to scale-up in Austria, Belgium and Kashmir. The Mothers School Movement spreads through the hands of inspiring women (and men) across the world, united by the same goal: to safeguard their families and communities and build security from the bottom-up!
