The Summer Academy Traunkirchen takes place from July 26 to September 19, 2009 at the historical premises of the convent in the local centre. The lecturers of eight classes are wellknown artists Christian Ludwig Attersee, EVA & ADELE, VALIE EXPORT, Tone Fink, Peter Hauenschild, Georg Ritter, Xenia Hausner, Arnulf Rainer and Konrad Winter. The main emphasis in the course programme of the Summer Academy Traunkirchen is on the painting, drawing and new media. The courses address professional artists, art students and committed art admirer.
